Refund policy

Payment Terms


  1. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  2. Customers can make payments through the following platforms: PayPal, &  RazorPay
  3. Payments can be made directly on our website using a PayPal or RazorPay account and for orders above 200 USD customers can pay 50% using 'Partial Pay' option to book the order, pay the balance before order dispatch. Payment link will be sent to customers email id.

  4. Orders with a total value exceeding $100 USD are eligible for free shipping.
  5. Orders below $100 USD will incur a shipping charge of $15 USD.

  6. We ensure that all products in your order meet quality standards and are ready for dispatch.
  7. Tradyl will calculate and share the final order value after removing any products that fail quality checks or are unavailable.

  8. If any products become unavailable, Tradyl will issue a refund within 10-15 working days from the date of order delivery.

  9. The Tradyl team can share the exact price quotation for only product and delivery (Air, Sea, Road) charges. All the other charges i.e. custom duty and taxes are determined by the destination country’s local tax authorities and therefore need to be paid by the customers at the time of delivery.

Cancellation

  1. Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of confirmation of order, in such case the amount can be refunded.
  2. Post 24 hours and upto dispatch, the order cannot be canceled as products are already in production and dispatch stage by suppliers.
  3. The final balance payment needs to be done within 30 days of request of the balance amount, in case it is not paid the order will be considered cancelled and the advance amount can not be refunded

Refunds

Customers can claim for refund of amount paid towards their order in the following situations

  1. Quantity shortage
  2. Quantity issues
  3. Counterfeit goods
  4. Materials not as described
  5. Color not as described
  6. Used items
  7. Brand problem or imitation not as described
  8. Missing item
  9. Missing parts
  10. Damaged goods
  11. Size mismatch
  12. Style mismatch
  13. Undelivered items
  14. Seized by Customs
  15. Package was empty

How to claim for a refund?

Customers need to send an email to hello@tradyl.com, mentioning the reason for the refund claim along with the evidence in the form of pictures and videos of the problem


How to know the status of refund?

All the approved refunds will be credited to your account within 30 days of refund approval. You will get the communication regarding the same on your email account through our official email ID hello@tradyl.com 


Please note, no refunds will be processed in the case of minor color differences in the products listed vs products delivered. The colors of the actual products can be different from the listing images, due to differences in the light conditions.


Returns

We do not accept any returns for the products which are delivered as per your order.


In case, the products are not as per your order or they have been delivered in a damaged state, then you can claim for the refund by writing to us at hello@tradyl.com

Tradyl team responds to every dispute query within 48 working hours.


The refund needs to be claimed within 72 hours of order delivery. We do not accept any refund claims beyond 72 hours of order delivery.
